About The Founder

Mr. Pankaj Kumar Mahto

Mr. Pankaj Kumar Mahto comes from a rural background where he witnessed firsthand the harsh realities of poverty, lack of healthcare, limited education, and unemployment. These early experiences shaped his deep understanding of the struggles faced by underprivileged and tribal communities.

Beginning his professional journey in journalism, he later expanded his experience into rural development and administrative roles. Over the years, he has actively engaged with communities, developing strong skills in leadership, management, and grassroots mobilization.

Inspired by social accountability and guided by the values of transparency, compassion, and integrity, he founded Shreesundram Foundation in May 2025. The organization focuses on sustainable development through initiatives in education, healthcare, environment, agriculture, livelihood, and women empowerment. Mr. Mahto has seen farmers struggle, families forced into debt for basic needs, students losing opportunities due to financial hardship, and women working tirelessly yet lacking financial independence. These realities strengthened his determination to create long-term solutions that restore dignity and self-reliance.
